The catalyst detects passers by, flashes a light, plays a customisable voice message to remind people to sanitise or wash hands. Can be used to pass any other messages. It delivers messages in 20 selectable languages with 26 standard messages stored on the device. There's also the option of recorded custom messages.  It features 5-year/ 200,000 operations battery life. C cell or rechargeable battery can be used with to operate the device.

You can select voice only or illumination only or both together. The volume is adjustable. It can be easily installed by screws or a sticky pad (both included). It comes with a 5-year warranty.
