How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Order processing time

We dispatch almost all orders the same day.  Our daily cut-off time for order processing is 15:00 London time every day except weekends. This simply means that all orders placed before 15:00 London time during working days are dispatched the same day.  However, we usually try to accommodate orders placed a bit after 15:00 the same day.  This largely depends on the volume of orders and our carriers’ collection arrangements for the order’s day.  Nonetheless, we can’t commit to dispatch every order placed later than 15:00 the same day and the 15:00 London time cut-off time will always prevail.

Orders placed on weekends and UK bank holidays or any other UK official holiday will be dispatched next working day.  For example, if you place your order during the period that falls between 15:00 London time on a Friday and 15:00 London time on a Monday, then your order will be dispatched on Monday if that Monday is not a UK holiday. In case it is, then your order will be dispatched the next working day. 

UK delivery

We offer free and fast delivery for all orders of all products to all inland locations in the United Kingdom.  Orders to UK mainland are usually delivered within 2 working days for no extra charge.  However, free and tracked next day delivery is available to many eligible products and orders. Eligibility for free next day delivery depends on the product, order quantity and value.  In case your order is ineligible for free next day delivery, you can always opt for it against a small extra charge.  You’ll be shown all free and paid shipping options on checkout and before you make any payment.  So, please check the shipping options available to your order in the Shipping Method section on check out and choose the shipping method that suits you.  Shipping to British Overseas Territories may not be free.  Please check the Shipping Method section on checkout for the options available for your location.
